Meadowbrook Park’s villa homes are exclusively built by Tom French Construction. Prospective buyers can choose from four floor plans, including ranch, reverse 1½-story and 1 1/2-story layouts. Homes range from approximately 2,000 to 5,000 square feet, depending on the floor plan and finish options. All Meadowbrook Park floor plans offer first-floor master suites and main-floor living. Prices start in the $900,000s.

Sales of single-family homes recorded in Sonoma County for the week of Sept. 30

One hundred and forty single-family homes sold in Sonoma County during the week of Sept. 30 ranging in price from $53,500 to $3.9 million.

Topping our list of real estate transactions for the week was 24121 Wine Country Court in Sonoma which sold for $3,900,000 on August 31 . This five bedroom, four bathroom, 4,736 square foot residence featured a gourmet kitchen with a Viking range and a Sub Zero double door refrigerator.

2020 Aurora Awards: Single-Family Detached Homes and Kitchen + Bath

The annual Aurora Awards competition held by the Southeast Building Conference recognizes outstanding housing-related professionals for their work in 12 southeastern states and the Eastern Caribbean. Pro Builder is proud to present a selection of this year’s winners in the highly competitive Multifamily category, including the Project of the Year.

Category: Single-Family Detached – 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft

Architect: Danielian Associates Architects + Planners, Irvine, Calif.

Surrounding scenery played a large part in this single-family homes’ construction. With views of rolling green hills, the builder and designer aimed to showcase the area’s natural beauty through large, covered porches in both the front and rear. Think the South of France, but in Texas—that’s the feeling designers wished to capture.

With a flexible floor plan, the builder and designer targeted growing families that would need to switch up uses of rooms over time. The home’s 2,997 square feet include a grand entry, great room, kitchen, dining space, owner’s suite, flex room, open loft space, and three additional bedrooms.

One hundred and thirty eight single-family homes sold in Sonoma County during the week of Sept. 23 ranging in price from $180,255 to $2.7 million.

Earning the highest price for the seller this week was 122 Waters Edge Close in The Sea Ranch which sold for $2,650,000 on Aug. 28. This three bedroom, three bathroom, 2,197 square foot home featured modern high-end finishes and million dollar views.
