Travis Perkins Bathrooms Review – Which?

We asked nearly 4,000 bathroom owners about their experiences of buying their bathroom so that we can compare and rank popular brands, including B&Q, Victoria Plum and Bathstore.

The well-known company with the best customer score got a brilliant 80%. The 58% customer score for the poorest-performing company is a stark contrast to this impressive rating.

We calculate our overall score by asking people how satisfied they are on a seven-point scale from very poor to excellent, as well as whether they would recommend the company.

We also ask people to rate the company for important factors, on the same scale, so we can award star ratings for each aspect of service. For each company and area we rate, we need a minimum of 30 responses.
