Construction is underway on a new move-in ready home, the Egret design, at Sapphire Cove, an intimate residential community being developed by FL Star off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
The Egret is a three-bedroom plus study, two-bath design with 2,230 square feet of air-conditioned living space. With spacious outdoor living area, covered entry and two-car garage, the home encompasses 3,198 square feet.
“This is a very functional contemporary design,” said Jim Borden, sales professional with FL Star. “It combines the liveability of a split floor plan with elegant comfort in the details.”
Part of the appeal of the Egret design is the large master suite which shares one wing of the home with a study. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath with twin vanities, a free standing soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a private water closet. Entered through double doors, the study is conveniently located at the front of the home to provide the option of a working home office.
Two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home, providing additional privacy for the owners.
The great room, dining room and kitchen open to the outdoor living space through triple sliding glass doors, creating a perfect arrangement for entertaining. A built-in outdoor kitchen is an option to enhance the space. There is additional seating space for casual dining at the kitchen’ island.
This Egret is available for purchase priced at $499,900. Buyers have the option of adding a custom designed swimming pool.

Sapphire Cove offers a selection of eight home plans with both single-story and two-story designs, ranging from a spacious home with three bedrooms plus a study in 1,915 square feet to an expansive plan with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths in 3,178 square feet.
Designed as an intimate community, Sapphire Cove’s 30-acre site will include only 75 single-family homes on generous lots measuring 57 feet wide by 140 feet deep. The community is bordered by a preserve and is centered around a 3-acre lake fringed with native grasses and vegetation.
The heart of Sapphire Cove activity is the community clubhouse, where neighbors may gather to enjoy a rigorous workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center, challenging yoga or a refreshing swim in the resort-style pool.
The location of Sapphire Cove offers residents an abundance of enrichment and educational opportunities in addition to those on site. Nearby Serenity Park and the Collier Boulevard bike trail provide options for the outdoor enthusiast. The 80-acre campus of Florida Southwestern State College is just down the road, where residents may take a course or simply enjoy sports or a performance. And for medical care, Physicians Regional Hospital and an array of other medical facilities are located right on Collier Boulevard.
The Sapphire Cove property is part of the Hacienda Lakes Community Development District and is accessed via the Lord’s Way approximately half a mile east of Collier Boulevard.
Sapphire Cove is being developed by an affiliate of FL Star. At the helm of FL Star, a conglomerate of real estate entities, are David E. Torres and Gary Hains, who offer more than 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Other projects by FL Star include Milano Lakes, a luxury apartment community also located off Collier Boulevard in Naples, and Arrowhead Reserve, a community of single-family homes in Immokalee. FL Star is building single-family homes in Golden Gate Estates. The firm also provides management services for commercial and industrial buildings for real estate owners and condominium associations including maintenance, collection of rents and financial reporting.
